The school is looking to appoint a locum teacher for the duration of the first term of 2026.

The successful applicant will:

• have the ability to connect with children.
• be passionate about teaching Afrikaans and have an active interest in innovative approaches to the teaching of the subject.
• have the necessary qualifications and experience to teach the IEB curriculum to the Grade 12 level – this is a minimum requirement of this position. Having marked Matric IEB examinations will be advantageous to the application.
• have a current SACE registration.
• have excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
• embrace technology to significantly enhance the learning experience.
