Job Description
  • To manage administration and operations for the relevant branches to reduce operational risks.
  • Implement the operations and migration scorecard for the branch and the node.
  • Assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate.
  • Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence.
  • Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across the FRG.
