This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers within the **Mossel Bay** area and surrounding towns. You will be operating a company vehicle, responsible for safe transit, accurate record-keeping, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Operate a delivery vehicle (Code 10) safely and responsibly in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Load and unload packages securely, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Plan and execute daily delivery routes efficiently to meet scheduled delivery times.
• Provide accurate proof of delivery, obtaining signatures or necessary documentation from recipients.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized delivery vehicle, performing basic daily checks.
• Report any vehicle issues, delays, or delivery discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
• Communicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive delivery experience.

Requirements

• Valid South African driver’s license with Code 10 endorsement.
• A valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a delivery capacity.
• Good knowledge of **Mossel Bay** and surrounding Western Cape routes.
• Clean driving record with no serious infractions.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25kg.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
