Job summary

A major financial institution in Sandton, South Africa, is looking for a Credit Administrator to manage security and collateral for loans. The ideal candidate will have a relevant Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in credit, preferably within banking. Proficiency in English is required, and Mandarin is an advantage. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in credit.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of South African Company Act, Banks Act, Basel III, etc.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for security and collateral management of syndication and bilateral loans.
• Manage archive and safekeeping of documentation.
• Review loan utilization requests on syndication and bilateral loans.
• Preparation/review of facility agreements.
• Liaise with external law firms on collateral.
• Manage reporting on regulatory reports.
• All aspects of credit administration.
