Litigation Attorney - Boland Law Firm (Easy accessible from the N / Subs of Cape Town)

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Handling all aspects of civil litigation, including divorces and evictions.
• Drafting and reviewing applications, summonses, affidavits, notices, and other court documents
• Advising clients
• Representing clients in the High court and Magistrates Court, Labour Court and Land Claims Court.
• Proper File management, communication with clients, Advocates, Sheriffs, the Master's office.

Desired Experience & Qualification :
