LITIGATION ATTORNEY

R 30 000 - R 40 000 ctc p/m, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Minimum requirements:

• LLB and Admitted Attorney
• At least 3 years' post-admission experience
• Civil Litigation
• Experience with Ghost Practice will be beneficial
• Handling all aspects of civil litigation, including divorces and evictions
• Drafting and reviewing applications, summonses, affidavits, notices, and other court documents
• Advising clients
• Representing clients in the High court and Magistrate’s Court, Labour Court and Land Claims Court
• Proper File management, communication with clients, Advocates, Sheriffs, the Master's office
• Certain social responsibilities, e.g. attending networking evenings & marketing events
• Afrikaans and English proficiency: non-negotiable
