Litigation Attorney required in Villieria, Pretoria Moot.

Minimum Requirements:

• Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking individual (male or female)
• Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
• Full proficiency in Afrikaans essential – speak, read and write (Mostly Afrikaans speaking clients)
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed
• Admitted as an Attorney with right of appearance a must
• Minimum 2 years post admission experience in General Litigation / Debt Collection / Family Law a must
• Fully independently functional a must, including drafting of legal documentation, notices & pleadings
• Must be willing to attend to Court appearances
• Driver’s license and own vehicle a must
• Willing to commit to firm long term
• Must currently reside in Pretoria, preferably in/near Pretoria Moot
• To start as soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:

• High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation (General Litigation, Debt Collection and Family Law matters etc.)
• General Attorney duties (Court appearances, compiling legal documentation etc.)

Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 gross maximum (Depending on post admission experience) + commission.
