A well-established law firm in Roodepoort is seeking an experienced Litigation and Conveyancing Attorney to manage property transfers, litigate disputes, and provide legal advice to clients. Ideal candidates should have an LLB Degree, be a Qualified Conveyancer, and possess a strong track record in conveyancing. This position offers a dynamic work environment and is to be filled ASAP.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in conveyancing transactions.

  • Deed office processes at the Deeds Office.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Handle property transfers and all related conveyancing tasks.
  • Manage and litigate disputes related to conveyancing.
  • Provide legal advice to clients on property law matters.
  • Liaise with clients, banks, and the Deeds Office.
