Litigation and Conveyancing Lawyer Litigation and Conveyancing Lawyer - Roodepoort Our client, a well-established law firm situated in Roodepoort is seeking an experienced and qualified Litigation and Conveyancing Attorney to join their dynamic, high pressured and fast paced practice.

Responsibilities and Duties

Handle property transfers and all related conveyancing tasks.

Manage and litigate disputes related to conveyancing.

Provide legal advice to clients on property law matters.

Liaise with clients, banks, and the Deeds Office.

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on property matters.

Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all transactions.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

LLB Degree

Admitted Attorney with valid right of appearance

Proven experience in conveyancing transactions

Strong track record in litigating conveyancing-related disputes

Deed office processes at the Deeds Office

Ability to manage matters independently from start to finish

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle a high volume of work and meet tight deadlines.
