Our client is a prominent private company that owns a number of established outlets in the Western Cape. They are expanding and have a need for enthusiastic people to support this growth, which includes a Liquor Store Supervisor position based in Eerste River.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Liquor Store Supervisor is to assist the Tops Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store ensuring smooth running of all operations, maximizing sales, and minimizing cost. Allocate and delegate responsibilities to the team. Motivation of staff members to perform to maximum capacity. Boost revenue and develop the store.

Responsibilities
  • MStore targets and profitability
  • Meet and achieve budgets, targets and maximise profitability
  • Stock management - Oversee total stock control
  • Front End function – Manage and oversee the Front‑End function
  • Staff Management
  • Security, Health, and Safety
  • Excellent customer experience
  • Implement and manage promotional activities
  • Perform all administrative functions related to this position.
