Linkedin Social Media & Content Marketing Manager (Part-Time)
We're looking for a LinkedIn-focused Social Media Manager who can bring fresh ideas, strong writing, and design flair to our growing brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Craft and implement social media and content strategies to support business goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Content Creation & Management: Generate, edit, and share daily content that engages audiences, including texts, photos, videos, and articles.
- Engagement Analysis: Analyze engagement data, report on KPIs weekly, and identify trends to optimize community interaction.
- Community Interaction: Engage with our audience through timely responses to queries and proactive communication.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver regular reports on social media metrics, offering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Plan and publish 3–4 LinkedIn posts per week that are insightful, visually strong, and aligned with our brand voice.
- Write 1 LinkedIn article per week (long-form thought leadership, case studies, or trend insights).
- Manage and engage actively on the company's LinkedIn page, replying to comments, interacting with relevant posts, and building visibility.
- Design visually appealing graphics and carousels in Canva.
- Use ChatGPT and AI tools for ideation, copy refinement, and content repurposing.
- Assist with additional marketing projects, brochures, one-pagers, presentation decks, and ad visuals.
- Track engagement and performance metrics to optimize content over time.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in crafting and leading successful social media campaigns.
- Proficiency across social media platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, ideally with a focus on LinkedIn.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, able to turn technical or business topics into engaging narratives.
- Canva experience (1–3 years) with an eye for clean, professional design.
- Experience using ChatGPT or similar tools for research, ideation, and content creation.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach to managing content calendars and deadlines.
- Experience managing B2B or professional service brand pages.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn analytics and content optimization.
