Role Overview

Lead our content strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to increase visibility, foster meaningful connections, and support our fundraising and partnership efforts. From anywhere in Europe, you’ll have the opportunity to create engaging stories and grow a network that drives real impact!

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage a monthly content calendar; publish 3–5 engaging posts per week (updates, impact stories, short videos, infographics, or interviews).
• Nurture our community by responding to comments and messages, engaging with partners, universities, and potential collaborators.
• Identify and reach out to relevant organizations, influencers, and networks to expand visibility and partnerships.
• Track essential KPIs such as follower growth, reach, engagement rates, and campaign clicks.
• Collaborate closely with the fundraising and outreach teams; join a weekly 30–45 minute check-in.
• Prepare a short monthly report highlighting results and new opportunities for collaboration.

You Are a Good Fit If You

• Communicate clearly in English (Spanish or French is a plus).
• Have experience or strong interest in content creation, digital storytelling, and networking.
• Are proactive, organized, and comfortable building connections online.
• Enjoy collaborating remotely and bringing fresh, creative ideas.
