Join Our Team as a Lifestyle Manager - Travel - Arabic speaking. We are seeking passionate travel experts to join an award-winning, crisis-resistant travel and leisure company specializing in luxury products.

This role offers hybrid or fully remote working options depending on your current location, promoting work-life balance.

As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will handle leisure travel requests for high-net-worth members, including complex, multi-destination itineraries across MENA, Europe, US, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise premium cardholders via phone, chat, and email in English and Arabic.
• Design personalized travel requests including flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, and more, considering all customer needs.
• Prepare tailored travel offers, documents, and manage visa and administrative processes.
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies.
• Cross-sell lifestyle services, promotions, and exclusive events.
• Research and compile travel proposals.
• Maintain accurate member records.
• Promote TEN's concierge services and build rapport with members.

Minimum Requirements

• Residency and legal right to work in South Africa.
• Fluency in English and native Arabic, with excellent communication skills; other languages are a plus.
• Higher education or equivalent in tourism or related field.
• Experience in the travel industry, tour operator, or agency.
• GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and destination expertise.
• Passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy and culture.
• Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week), flexible working hours between 6:00 GMT, Monday to Sunday
