A dynamic marketing agency in Cape Town is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead client strategies and optimize retention campaigns. We are hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own client outcomes, lead the creative process, and scale systems that print profit.
Type : Full-time (employee or long-term contractor)
Compensation : $60, / year - $65, / year
Timezone : 4+ hours EU / UK overlap (Mon–Fri)
Core Stack : Klaviyo, Shopify, Attentive, Asana, Slack, Triple Whale, Lifetimely, Hiro Analytics, Active Campaign, Recharge, CAPI, Zipify, Figma
Klaviyo for DTC (3–5 yrs) with $1M+ attributed email revenue in the last 12 months or 3 brands = $k / quarter each.

Architect, build, and optimize email & SMS flows and campaigns in Klaviyo.
Own the campaign calendar—on-brand, on-strategy, on-time.
Collaborate with copy / design to ship creative that converts (and meets QA standards).
(Experience with push, subscriptions, and loyalty is a plus—not required.)
Go past opens: analyze cohorts / attribution in Shopify, Lifetimely, Triple Whale, or Hiro.
Turn data into crisp narratives and next steps clients can act on.
