The graduate experience
As a Lifecheq graduate, you’ll be part of a structured 12-month development programme designed to give you hands-on experience across our technical, financial, and product teams, which will set you up for a full-time remote working role at Lifecheq at the end of the programme. You’ll:
    Learn to build intelligent financial tools and client applications using Clojure, ClojureScript, and TypeScript
    Collaborate with designers and financial experts to create user-friendly, impactful digital solutions
    Develop and refine models that drive financial advice, pricing, and risk decisions
    Participate in market research and contribute to innovative product ideas
    Be mentored by experienced team members and supported by a personal development plan tailored to fast-track your growth
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for smart, curious, and mission-driven individuals who are ready to jump in and grow. You should be:
    In your final year of study in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or a related discipline
    Excited to learn coding and/or already familiar with languages like Python, R, Clojure, or TypeScript
    Analytical, data-literate, and eager to solve real-world problems
    Passionate about financial wellbeing, inclusion, and innovation
