Job summary

An international development organization based in Pretoria is seeking a Programme Analyst to support LGBTI+ and Health initiatives. The candidate will coordinate project planning, manage activities, provide technical support, and foster partnerships with key stakeholders in the region. Requirements include a Master's degree in a related field and experience in public health or human rights research.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with master’s degree or 4+ years with bachelor’s.
• Direct engagement with HIV and LGBTI+ issues in Africa.
• Proven experience in public health or human rights research.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning and implementation.
• Manage day-to-day project activities.
• Provide technical advice and support for project outputs.

Skills

Knowledge of HIV/key population issues

Experience working with stakeholders

Organizing multi-country events

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

Master's degree in Public Health or related fields

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with additional experience
