You will be responsible for sourcing, placing and developing long-term relationships that drive revenue and deliver excellent service to clients and candidates alike.

Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of legal talent through proactive headhunting, networking, database and other sourcing channels.
Use the company's recruitment technology and database efficiently to log activity, track candidates and clients, manage metrics and contribute to desk targets.
Provide excellent candidate care and client service: counsel and advise candidates on market opportunities, interview preparation, salary negotiation; advise clients on market trends, candidate availability and hiring strategy.
Meet and exceed performance targets (fees, placements, revenue, activity metrics) while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
Collaborate with the team and support functions (e.g., Resources, Operations) to optimise desk performance and share best practices.
Keep up-to-date with developments in the legal sector: practice areas, firm strategies, candidate markets, and salary trends.
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in legal recruitment (or alternatively in professional services recruitment) or significant exposure to the legal sector.
Strong commercial acumen, sales mindset and ability to develop new business.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written), with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Ability to source and headhunt high-caliber legal professionals, build relationships and manage processes.
