Sheldon Recruitment seeks a Legal Officer: Implementation for a permanent vacancy based in Bellville, Cape Town. The role focuses on drafting and reviewing loan-related agreements and structuring loan term sheets for business loans in the banking sector.

You will register and cancel securities, identify potential risks, liaise with clients and intermediaries, and provide general legal guidance. Must be admitted as an attorney with 2+ years post-qualification experience; conveyancing experience

Qualifications

• LLB degree and admission as attorney (minimum 2 years post admission experience).
• Conveyancing experience advantageous.
• Candidate must be resident in Cape Town.

Responsabilités

We are seeking a Legal Officer: Implementation for a permanent vacancy based in Bellville, Cape Town. Our client’s core business is along the lines of banking, lending established SME’s money for business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• LLB Degree.
• Admission as an attorney (minimum 2 years post admission experience).
• Conveyancing experience advantageous.
• Candidates must be resident in Cape Town.

Job requirements, but not limited to:

• Drafting legal documents.
• Registration and cancellation of securities and conditions on approved business loans, and identifying potential business risks.
