Role Overview

Join legal marketing and PR efforts to shape how the firm is seen and heard—both internally and externally. You’ll craft compelling content, manage campaigns, and collaborate with leadership to make a daily impact.

Schedule

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (USA).

Responsibilities
  • Lead the firm’s marketing initiatives while supporting the leadership team.
  • Manage PR efforts, including LinkedIn posts, ads, and email campaigns.
  • Oversee and maintain the firm’s website, including bios, practice descriptions, and messaging.
  • Coordinate with external digital marketing firms to align strategies.
  • Create, edit, and manage written content such as blogs, newsletters, and publications.
  • Support executive communications and firm branding.
  • Ensure consistent, high‑quality messaging across platforms.
  • Manage and report analytics for campaigns and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff on firm‑wide marketing projects.
Qualifications
  • At least three to five years of marketing experience (prior law‑firm experience is a plus).
  • A solid marketing background is a must.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Strategic oversight and hands‑on execution across digital marketing, PR, and business development.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, including calendaring and publication drafting.
  • Experience with AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in social‑media content creation (written and video) across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, friendly, and collaborative personality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
  • Quiet, distraction‑free remote work environment.
