In this pivotal role within their Business Enablement Department, you'll report directly to the CFO with a direct line to the CEO.

As a Legal Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping strategic development while providing expert legal guidance across various business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and vetting legal documentation
• Providing strategic legal advice on transactions and structuring
• Managing contractual claims, disputes, and litigation
