Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with a minimum of 6 years of experience, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of South African regulatory frameworks relevant to the company’s sector.
• Proven experience in developing and managing compliance programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex regulatory challenges.
• Strong understanding of corporate law and risk management principles.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Upington, Northern Cape.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to compliance.
• Experience in managing interactions with regulatory agencies.
