Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in the legal industry.
• Overall understanding of all Acts and Regulations.
• Solid understanding of commercial law and litigation.
• Experience in logistics and labour law would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Draft contracts, review contracts, and manage legal documents.
• Manage disputes, settlement claims, and attend court hearings.
• Conduct annual risk assessment and compliance meetings.
• Handle legal administration and manage external legal counsel.
• Provide legal training and regular reporting.
