Job summary

Hire Resolve in Cape Town is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join the in-house team. The role focuses on corporate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance, with responsibilities spanning drafting, review, and policy development.

You will provide legal advice, manage external counsel, and collaborate across departments to mitigate risks. A minimum of 3 years' experience and bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• LLB degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in a corporate or in-house legal department.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract negotiation and compliance.

Responsibilities
