RAVA HUMAN CAPITAL is seeking a talented Legal Compliance Officer to ensure operational adherence to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards in Pretoria. The successful candidate will implement compliance programs, mitigate risks, and oversee compliance with the Legal Practice Act and other relevant legislation.

Applicants must hold an LLB degree and be an admitted attorney with 3–5 years’ experience in compliance roles. This position promotes a culture of ethics and compliance, ensuring the firm's integrity.

Two key responsibilities include conducting regular training for staff and preparing compliance reports.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs (preferably within a law firm or financial services environment).
• Certification in Compliance Management or AML/CFT is advantageous.
