Role Summary

We have a great opportunity for a Legal Collections Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team in South Africa. In this role you will be responsible for managing and resolving overdue accounts with clients while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. You will combine customer‑service expertise with knowledge of debt collection, negotiate payment arrangements, maintain accurate records, and support legal processes related to collections.

Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve customer issues and inquiries related to collections.
  • Ensure all customer communication is clearly documented in the system.
  • Identify issues, determine appropriate actions, and execute customer‑service standard processes.
  • Maintain customer accounts and relationships while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
