Our client, a respected professional services firm, is seeking a detail-driven finance professional who thrives on accuracy, structure, and responsibility.
You'll manage trust and business account transactions, process new investments, handle billing and reconciliations, and support the finance team in maintaining compliance and audit readiness.
Process new investments, guarantees, withdrawals, and closures
Capture invoices and process EFTs for business and trust accounts
Perform monthly billing, reconciliations, and trust balance clean-ups
Assist with audit preparation and respond to finance-related queries
Matric and a Bookkeeping Diploma (essential)
3+ years' bookkeeping experience (law firm or professional services advantageous)
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CMS / Aderant, FICA / KYC, or banking processes advantageous
High accuracy, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure
Exposure to a well-established, reputable firm in a professional environment
Collaborative and supportive finance team
