Responsibilities

• Vetting legal terms prior to credit approval
• Drafting and managing legal agreements and securities
• Leading commercial recoveries and liaising with external counsel
• Performing KYC / FICA / AML / PEP checks
• Advising internal stakeholders and finalizing facility documentation
