A pioneering legal firm in Cape Town seeks attorneys with 3-5 years of commercial contracts experience. You will draft and negotiate contracts while using data to enhance service delivery. Enjoy a hybrid work model and the chance to work with cutting-edge legal technology. If you have a strong interest in commercial law and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
At Radiant Law, winner of multiple awards as a legal pioneer, we are continuing to see exciting new client work coming through from a rapidly expanding international client base.
We are now recruiting attorneys with between 3 and 5 years of post-admission experience to join our commercial contracts team. We are looking for lawyers who ideally have a solid background in commercial and procurement contracts, including experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating high-value and complex agreements. If you don't have that, but do have energy and interest in this area of the law, we'd love to hear why you think the role is right for you.
We do things differently here.
Our team is curious, pragmatic, and always focused on doing great work - efficiently, creatively, and with purpose. Yes, we're known for innovation and challenging the traditional model.
But we're also deeply focused on delivery.
That means being highly organised, detail-oriented, and driven by process.
We're looking for doers: people who enjoy getting stuck in, consistently moving the work forward with both speed and high quality, and then figuring out how to do it even better next time.
Want to join us?
We're not a typical legal workplace, so we encourage you to get a feel for what we're all about. Check out the first two short videos on our careers page or our YouTube channel to learn more about who we are, what we do, and what's important to us.
If it feels like a fit, we'd love to hear from you.
Please apply, and tell us a bit about your experience and interest in commercial contracts and why this opportunity excites you.
Radiant Law is fully committed to the principles of equal opportunity, diversity and anti-discrimination. We encourage applications from all suitably qualified persons, regardless of race, age, gender, disability, religious belief or sexual orientation.
