- Make amendments to legal and policy documents
- Draft standard templates for cidb agreements (inter alia loan agreements, suretyship agreement, shareholder agreements and subscription agreements, SLAs, MOUs, MOAs, CAs, IP Use Agreements etc)
- Provide advice in relation to legislation and sub- legislation amendments
- Prepare and draft answering affidavit, opening statements and closing arguments
