The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 / Matric and an LLB degree or be studying toward one, along with 2+ years of administrative experience. Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the Legal team, including managing documentation and follow-ups.
  • Maintaining an efficient filing system (digital and physical) for contracts, NDAs, leases, and service provider agreements.
  • Assisting with the preparation, review, and finalisation of basic legal agreements.
  • Managing and updating legal schedules (NDA, Lease, Agent, and Service Provider records).
  • Coordinating meetings, communications, and legal correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Legal Counsel with audits, research, and reporting.
  • Staying informed on developments in the legal and regulatory environment.
Qualifications
  • Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
  • LLB degree or currently studying toward one (Essential)
  • 2+ years of administrative experience (Essential)
  • Experience in a commercial legal environment (Desirable)
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite) and excellent typing skills
  • Attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to multitask under pressure
