The role includes documenting leases, liaising with landlords and handling queries related to leases and rents. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Legal/Lease Administration team with documentation of leases and execution.
  • Assist with bank guarantee applications.
  • Follow up of fitout contributions.
  • Make necessary payments.
  • Assist Property Administration and Finance teams with lease and rent queries to ensure rents are paid accurately and on time.
  • Maintenance and update of property database and department reports and systems.
  • Liaise with landlords and other departments in relation to lease queries.
Business Operations
  • Knowledge of the Property industry with proven capacity to understand and interpret contracts, understand legal terminology and the obligations of both tenants and landlords.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and pro-actively in a close team environment.
  • Excellent time, task and project management abilities.
  • Able to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Ability to work with and protect confidential information.
  • Excellent team player who treats everyone with respect.
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours where appropriate. Travel to other international territories may be required.
  • Keep up to date with new/proposed legislative changes and legal matters which will affect Lovisa.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
