  • Conduct theory lectures and kitchen pastry practical sessions.
  • Ensure a pass rate of 85% and throughput rate of 90% is achieved.
  • Student tracking, counselling and support.
  • Input towards curriculum development and improvement.
  • Apply assessment principles as per assessor code of conduct.
  • Industry time and research.
  • Taking the lead on all Competitions.
  • In charge of Pastry Based Excursions for the students.

Job Description The International Hotel School Pretoria Campus is searching for a Patisserie Lecturer. The purpose of this role is to teach and share your passion for the culinary industry with eager young students; helping them grow individually, and ultimately playing a role in their career paths and success in life.
