Qualifications

Proven research in Labour Relations Management or Human Resource Management.
Pre-graduate and postgraduate qualifications in Labour Relations Management or Human Resource Management.
Experience with supervision of postgraduate students is expected for Lecturer/Senior Lecturer level.

Responsibilities

Plan and facilitate a range of learning activities to support student engagement and achievement.
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate classes.
Develop and deliver lectures and seminars.
Supervise postgraduate students engaged in coursework and research.
Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance and participate in committee work.
