The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of animation experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role, plus proficiency in industry-standard tools and a strong game-focused portfolio.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Animation, Digital Art, CG or related field.
• Outstanding 2D animation portfolio, especially for games.
• 5–7 years in 2D animation with at least 2 years in lead or senior roles.
• Proficient in industry-standard 2D animation software listed above.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in 2D animation, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role, within the Arts & Entertainment industry.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard 2D animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Spine, Moho, Toon Boom Harmony).
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, spacing, and character performance.
• Experience with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and animation integration is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills for a remote team.
• Ability to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
