A leading university in South Africa is seeking a qualified Research Psychologist to teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in research methods and statistics. The ideal candidate will have a PhD, a Master's in Research Psychology, and experience in teaching and research. Responsibilities include curriculum development, supervision of postgraduate students, and active participation in research activities. Applicants must demonstrate collaborative abilities and a track record in research publication.
Requirements:
Teaching of courses in quantitative methods, qualitative methods, and/or statistics at undergraduate and postgraduate level; teaching of courses in other disciplinary areas commensurate with experience at undergraduate and postgraduate level; contributions to course-level curriculum development and transformation; academic administration; supervision of postgraduate students; willingness to pursue an active programme of research and research publication; and willingness to participate in the intellectual and public life of the school and university.
