Job Summary

This role involves managing marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and retention goals. Responsibilities include leasing to new residents, ensuring resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Conduct sales activities: greet prospects, tour community, process applications, and facilitate move-in.
2. Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance for any issues.
3. Monitor market conditions and develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
4. Implement marketing activities: referral programs, internet marketing, and community outreach.
5. Use property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi) to track leasing activities and resident data.
6. Ensure show units meet quality standards and maintain community appearance.
7. Follow-up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals.
8. Support lease renewal activities: prepare renewal packages, contact residents, and process documents.
9. Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate issue resolution.

Licenses and Certifications

• Must have required licenses/certifications per jurisdiction.
• Valid driver’s license required for operating golf carts on property.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00/hour

Additional Compensation

Bonuses may be available based on individual and company performance, with variations for corporate and onsite roles.
