Overview

• ð What Youâll Do
• New Tenant Magic â¨
• ð Source and secure potential tenants
• ð¤ Work closely with agents & send out cost sheets
• Arrange viewings and manage vacancy schedules
• ð Load lease agreements on MDA / MRI
• â Handle TPN checks, offers to lease, and follow-ups
• Existing Tenant Hero ð¦¸
• ð Send bulk emails, information updates, and renewal notices
• ð Tackle tenant complaints with professionalism & solutions
• ð¡ Manage ingoing / outgoing inspections and liaise with maintenance
• ð§ Coordinate repairs, fibre access, signage, and building issues
• ð Monitor cleaning & security staff performance
• Behind-the-Scenes Power Player ð¥ï¸
• ð Prepare rent rolls for banks / agents
• ð¢ Log and follow up on City / Eskom building tickets
• ð Keep every detail in check so nothing slips through the cracks

What Weâre Looking For

• â Proven experience in retail / commercial leasing (non-negotiable!)
• â Fluent in English & Afrikaans (written & spoken)
• â Confident with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• â Experience with MRI Property Program (or similar systems)
• â A pro at staying calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
