Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop learning content aligned with curriculum and instructional design principles.
• Create engaging online learning experiences by collaborating with faculty and subject matter experts to ensure content adheres to educational standards.
• Develop course/module structures, learning strategies, and assessments that align with the unique needs of students.
• Write, review, and revise educational materials to ensure clarity and engagement.
• Refine multimedia elements, ensuring these components enhance the overall course/module design.
• Support continuous improvement of design and writing processes; contribute to team development and innovation.
• Create infographics, multimedia content for the student journey, and drive technology adoption.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Research pedagogy, instructional design, and subject matter to inform course content.
• Build learning experiences using Articulate Rise, Storyline, and LearnDash according to style guide specifications.
• Utilize learning technology tools to create multimedia elements such as video, audio, etc.
• Optimize course functionality across devices, systems, and browsers.
• Participate in quality assurance reviews and user testing.
• Maintain communication with LMS Administrator and IT support to advance alignment, standards, and innovation.
• Experiment with and keep current in new and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in learning design and learning technology.
• Proven ability to translate adult learning theory and instructional design principles into practical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work with subject matter experts and independently.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions using formal and informal elements.
• QA skills: deliver final content with a low error count.
• Proficiency with authoring tools: Microsoft Office, Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Illustrator, Descript, Canva Pro, Envato Elements, Grammarly.
• Proficient in using OpenAI tools.
