A leading health services provider in South Africa is offering a Learnership in Long Term Insurance that leads to a nationally recognized qualification. This role focuses on client servicing in the Medical Aid call center and requires candidates aged 18 to 25 with a minimum of Grade 12. This Learnership leads to a nationally recognised FETC: Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification; which consists of structured learning components combined with practical/workplace experience in the Financial Services industry.
Call Centre: Medical Aid client servicing, claims, new business and health benefits administration.
Grade 12 is essential.
May have an incomplete tertiary qualification (advantage).
