A local technology firm in Midrand is offering a 12-month IT Service Desk Support learnership. CoCre8 Technology Solutions, based in Midrand, Johannesburg, invites applicants to a 12‑month IT Service Desk Support learnership.
The Service Desk agent provides efficient, professional IT support to end‑users, serving as the first point of contact for all technical inquiries. This role diagnoses and resolves incidents, manages service requests, and ensures incidents are logged, categorized and prioritised accurately.
The role reports to the Service Desk Manager.
Your core focus will be to support customers in an IT Service Desk environment (level 1) and to be the first point of contact for all IT related issues and enquiries. You will learn to log calls, support customers, follow the correct ITIL processes and become familiar with Service Desk Tools.
The Learnership programme comprises structured learning components combined with workplace experience. The programme is 12 months – commencing 1 December to 30 November.
You will be based at the CoCre8 offices in Midrand. You must be unemployed at present. Must reside in Midrand and surrounding areas.
