Job summary

A leading agricultural services firm in Cape Town is seeking a Workshop Foreman to lead and manage workshop operations in a dynamic fruit packhouse environment. You will oversee maintenance and servicing of agricultural equipment and trucks, managing a team of mechanics to ensure high operational standards and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of supervisory experience with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a foreman/supervisory role within agricultural or industrial operations.
• Proficient knowledge of maintenance and repair of agricultural equipment, trucks, and utility vehicles.
• Exposure to paint shops and spray booth operations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all workshop activities including servicing and repairs.
• Manage a team of artisans and mechanics, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Enforce compliance with safety standards and procedures.
