Placements24 is seeking an innovative Lead Visual Effects (VFX) Artist to head the VFX department in Randburg. You will lead a team of artists, shape the creative vision, and deliver high-end effects for film, TV, and gaming.

This role offers a full remote option and requires strong leadership, a solid background in Maya/Houdini/Nuke/AE, and a track record of delivering under tight deadlines. You'll mentor juniors and collaborate with directors to realize complex visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in visual effects, with lead or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Maya, Houdini, Nuke, After Effects or similar.

Responsibilities
