Qualifications

• 7+ years in VFX animation and motion graphics, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proficient in industry-standard software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, Houdini.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of high-quality VFX and motion graphics work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of VFX animators, providing creative direction and technical guidance.
• Develop and execute visually compelling motion graphics and visual effects sequences.
• Collaborate with directors, art directors, and stakeholders to interpret and realize project requirements.

• Experience with particle systems, fluid simulations, and compositing.
• Proven ability to manage projects, delegate tasks, and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating a wide range of high-quality VFX and motion graphics work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
