Overview

Lead Veterinary Surgeon – an exciting opportunity to join an RCVS accredited small animal practice in East London. The practice offers excellent onsite facilities including X‑ray, ultrasound, dental treatment and more. The successful candidate will work in a supportive environment with dedicated nurses and client care professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide sole charge clinical leadership for routine and elective veterinary medicine.
  • Develop and expand the practice, including recruiting a second full‑time vet to create a thriving two‑vet team.
  • Manage workload based on clinical priority, ensuring timely and safe patient care.
  • Communicate confidently with associates at all levels and build strong client relationships.
Qualifications
  • Veterinary surgeon with strong prioritisation and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Committed to delivering the highest level of care to patients and owners.
