Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Drive test automation strategy; identify and implement efficiency opportunities.
• Manage regression testing, UAT coordination, and cross-team collaboration.
• Represent the testing team at CAB and interdepartmental forums.
• Forecast resourcing needs and execute effective workforce planning.
