Responsibilities

• Drive business development within the company, by engaging with existing and new clients to secure additional work.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and take full ownership of the structural team.
• Actively contribute to hands‑on design work in addition to managing projects.
• Bring existing client contacts, and demonstrate the ability to engage with clients and assist with growing the business.
• The candidate must be open to traveling.
