Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience, preferably in renewable energy or solar PV projects.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Previous solar electricity or renewable energy experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations across multiple construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety meetings.
• Track and report construction progress and installation issues.
