Lead Software Engineer – Full Stack | Innovation-Driven Tech Team

About the Role

Are you a seasoned software engineer with a passion for leading high-performing teams and delivering cutting-edge solutions? We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment, where innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

In this role, you’ll lead a talented team of developers, drive architectural decisions, and play a key role in shaping the future of our software solutions. You’ll work across the full development stack, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality applications.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure workflow-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Executives, to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Drive agile delivery practices to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Design and consume APIs, and contribute to full-stack development using modern web technologies.
• Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps.
• Analyse and visualise data using tools like Power BI and Excel to support decision-making.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies to build integrated, data-driven solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering complex software projects in agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of full-stack development and software engineering principles.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure SQL.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in modern software solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with web development technologies and responsive design.
• Background in data analysis and visualisation using Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
• Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases.
• Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning.
