Job summary

NTT DATA Deutschland in Johannesburg is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to guide secure access and endpoint platforms across enterprise environments. You will own architecture, design assurance and delivery governance for Cisco Secure Access, Intune and related technologies.

You will lead technical assessments, plan deployments, drive testing and BAU transition, and collaborate with security, networks and identity teams to ensure robust, scalable endpoint management across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise networking and security.
• Experience delivering Cisco Secure Access implementations.
• Strong MSP governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and governance across secure access and endpoint platforms.
• Assess, design and assure architectures for delivery and implementation.
• Plan deployment waves, risk and remediation registers, and cutover strategies.
• Lead testing, QA, and operational handover for BAU transitions.
• Coordinate with Security, Networks, and Identity teams to ensure interoperability.
