Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Science field and a mandatory PGCE teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 8 years teaching science with at least 4 years in leadership/head of department roles.
• Demonstrated curriculum design and delivery expertise in science.
• Strong laboratory safety management and protocols knowledge.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to motivate staff and students.
